ROCKPOOL SUPPLIES REHEARSAL CATERING FOR HUGH JACKMAN AND HIS CREW

Back in April we were honoured to deliver rehearsal catering for Hugh Jackman. The Man, The Music, The Show rehearsals (artist & crew) which took place at LS Live on Production Park. Our friends at Production Park have included us in this detailed write up and we also received a lovely mention from the Production Manager David Wright.

When numbers increased we were feeding over 120 people across 3 separate dining rooms. The catering area in LS Live, Rockpool Cafe and our brand new dining area. As always the Rockpool team worked seamlessly to ensure the delivery of freshly made, home cooked meals.

One of the main characters in P.T. Barnum’s circus in The Greatest Showman film was Napoleon and the real Napoleon once said ‘An army marches on its stomach.’ That was certainly true of this hard working artist and crew. As caterers we understand the need to provide not only hot meals but a well deserved, tasty break and distraction from the demanding schedule of rehearsals.
