The wonderful team from TAIT visited us on site last week and we had the privilege of catering for them throughout their three day stay.
We served a selection of mouth watering dishes in our pop-up kitchen in Studio 001 plus provided them with a variety of snacks and treats to go alongside lots of hot and cold beverages.
On the first day Rockpool served -

On the second day we served-
Homemade Lasagne served with Garlic Bread
Wild Mushroom Risotto with Spinach, Watercress & Parmesan Shavings (Truffle Oil Optional) (V)
Caesar Salad with Chargrilled Chicken or Naked with a Soft Poached Egg
On the third day we served-
Pulled Lamb Shank Shepherds Pie with Leeks & Peas served with a Rosemary & Mint Jus
Cheese, Leek & Potato Pie with Crisp Seasonal Greens (V)
Lentil, Roasted Squash & Baby Leaf Salad with Baby Fire Beets served with Dijon & Manuka Honey (V)
